Seeing as I’ve got a Friday night in and West Ham have thoroughly killed off any love I had left in watching football, I thought I’d have a look around at anytime TD scorers as a few places have prices up already. – These prices may well be bigger at places like Unibet when they get them online, so by all means wait on them. I may not back all of these, but they all look too big in my eyes so I wanted to make you guys aware of them
TY Montgomery – 5/2 (365) – The person who I think will be the leading RB in an offence that is likely to hand the ball off as they’ve got a backup QB in play, behind a depleted offensive line? 5/2 is a great price on him, best elsewhere is currently 13/8, lowest 11/10 which is where I think the line should be.
Brett Hundley – 6/1 (365) – He’s a mobile QB who is going to have to leave the pocket a lot against the Saints this week, he scored 2 TDs in 3 games in pre-season and a lot in college as well, again I think 365 have over priced this, he’s 13/5 best priced elsewhere at the moment.
ASJ – 11/4 (365) – The most targeted tight end over the weeks he’s been available, scored the last 2 weeks, should have had 2 last week if it wasn’t for some ridiculous officiating.
Jonnu Smith – 5/1 (365) – Delanie Walker has reportedly suffered a set back, meaning that in a prime match up against a team that loves conceding to the tight end, they may be without their main target. Smith is already playing 56% of snaps and has scored this season already, if Walker doesn’t go, his price should be much shorter.
George Kittle – 3/1 (365) – He played with the new QB CJ Beathard in college, it’s not often someone has that kind of relationship built in with a rookie QB. He’s already been a quite important part of the niners offence so there’s no reason that shouldn’t carry on. I expect him to be a bigger price elsewhere once they’re online though.
And carrying on the Tight End theme – Cameron Brate – 11/4 (PaddyPower) – He’s scored in his last 4 games, with and without Jameis Winston who has been nursing a shoulder injury all week which could mean he throws shorter rather than down the field which is usually the tight ends wheel house.
I’ve done myself a tight end lucky 15 as they seem to have favourable matchups all over the place this week, Walker, Hunter Henry, Graham and ASJ were the 4 I chose, but Kittle/Witten weren’t far off tbh. Just seems that the tight end position seems to offer the most value on a weekly basis.
I’ll probably add some of these as proper tips in the write ups when I get around to sorting them out. But wanted to get them out as I think they show pretty good value at the moment.
